Nuzvio believes shipping should feel as considered as everything else about your order, clear from the start, with nothing added later.

Shipping Costs

Your shipping cost is calculated and shown in full at checkout, before you enter any payment information. What you see there is what you pay. We don't add handling fees, customs surcharges, or other charges after your order is placed.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. From there, standard delivery takes 10-16 business days, depending on your location and the specific item. We'd rather give you an honest window than a shorter number that doesn't hold up.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email so you can follow it the whole way home.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, any customs fees or import duties are set by your local government, not by Nuzvio, and are the customer's responsibility. If you're unsure how this applies to you, it's worth checking your country's import rules before ordering.

If Something's Delayed

Delays happen occasionally with carriers or during high-demand periods. If your order is running noticeably behind, email us at nuzvio.co@gmail.com and we'll look into it with you.
